Poste Moderne Brasserie has hired Kieu-Linh Nguyen to serve as pastry chef.
Nguyen is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and was previously at Marcel's. Before that she was working in Carlsbad, CA at the Four Seasons Aviara.
Nguyen will apply her classic French technique to the Poste menu with some fall-perfect desserts, including an apple crostada (with baked risotto cake, apples and crème caramel) and a Manjari chocolate pot de crème with Frangelico crème chantilly and pan-seared pears.
