H Street now has a serious Peruvian restaurant to call its own. Ocopa opened its doors last night with a ceviche bar, pisco cocktails, beef heart and more. The restaurant comes from chef Carlos Delgado, a Boveda veteran who also ran the CreamCycle venture. D.C.'s South American renaissance continues in full-force.
