Water & Wall clearly had a successful run with its Chinese pop-up lunch menu it launched in August. They extended the menu through September, and the restaurant also announced today it will hold a different pop-up in October, this one with a Chesapeake Watershed theme.
The dishes all have Southern and Mid-Atlantic influences and are made with ingredients from farms in six states. It will be held this quarter from Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and kicks off Oct. 1.
