Knob Creek Bourbon, the standard bearer for small batch bourbon, is kicking off an exclusive series of one-of-a kind tasting events across the country. The originator of pre-prohibition small batch bourbon, that is —the way bourbon was meant to be made—will partner with the best local restaurants in four cities to raise a glass (or two) to fresh, local, and seasonal cuisine.
First stop: DC's Ripple in Cleveland Park. With exacting attention to sustainably driven, locally sourced ingredients, this slow food-approved mecca will welcome Knob Creek on November 1, for a one-time only tasting menu concocted by renowned chef Logan Cox. Knob Creek's Rye Whiskey, Single Barrel and Original bourbons, plus an additional small batch selection will be paired with chef Logan's offerings for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
