The Washington Post reports that plans for North Market Kitchen are on hold thanks to an estimated $205,543 water-and-sewage fee it would owe the city. There are still hopes that the city might change the way it handles these fees and, if not, the team might just move the whole project to a new location. Say, DC? [WaPo]
