Here's some terrible news to start your day: There will no longer be any growlers available at DC retail shops. Even though it was just back in early August when liquor stores like D'Vines in Columbia Heights began filling growlers for the first time, the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration has put an end to it on grounds that growler-filling requires a manufacturer's license. But, hey, you can still get your growlers filled at DC Brau's tasting room. [WCP]
