On Sunday afternoon, a whole host of DC restaurants are teaming up with radio station 94.7 Fresh FM for a charity event to benefit the George Washington University Mobile Mammography unit. Breast Cancer Bites will kick off at noon from the Renaissance Hotel with tastings, a performance from musician Rachel Platten and readings from a psychic named Sherry Sherry. Tickets for the event are a mere $20 — from which all the proceeds go directly to the charity. That's right, 100 percent of ticket sales go to a great cause.
But if you're a little cash-strapped these days, there's some good news. Morning show host Tommy McFly has generously offered up five free pairs of tickets to Eater readers who'd like to attend. So here's the deal: Drop us a line at dc@eater.com by 5 p.m. on Thursday explaining why you'd like the tickets. Feel free to get creative with haikus or musical YouTube submissions. Winners will be notified on Friday and you'll be on your way.
