Tim Carman checks in on progress at Elisir, the forthcoming concept from former Teatro Goldoni chef Enzo Fargione. Not only is it hoping to open in early November, but Fargione has already completed a lot of the essential hiring, including chef de cuisine Michael Fusano. And while the chef plans to go on with his plans for $75 and $95 tasting menus, he's decided to add a lunchtime bistro menu that'll include two courses for somewhere around $19. [WaPo]
