Bryan Voltaggio and his brother Michael were on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Friday night, promoting their new cookbook Volt Ink, making dessert and impressing Fallon with their cooking techniques for things like burnt wood ice cream. Both desserts make liberal use of liquid nitrogen, prompting Fallon to ask whether the container is on fire and conclude: "This is the weirdest, awesomest stuff ever. Even the plate is weird."
