The Washington Post ponders the rhetorical question of whether José Andrés would ever bring his acclaimed LA restaurant The Bazaar to DC. And, as a matter of fact, the hospitality group that owns the Bazaar in the SLS Hotel would very much like to do so, as a rep calls it "a priority" for the group. Andrés himself later tweeted that he believes the people of DC are ready for the SLS Hotel, although "unfortunately some food writers are not ready yet to understand it." Burn? [WaPo, Twitter]
