José Andrés went on Conan last night and totally threw the whole cooking segment off the rails. First, they made a coconut cocktail that required the use of a power drill and a syringe — because, as Andrés says, "You come to the beach with a Black and Decker and a syringe." Naturally. They also make a dish called a Buddha Taking a Bath that O'Brien says looks more like "Buddha at a Crime Scene." Eater National has the video. [-EN-]
