Jettie's will open its new location in Bethesda tomorrow around lunchtime, but not without its share of headaches. Owner Bo Blair recounts to the Washington Post some of the painful bureaucratic hurdles he had to clear in dealing with Montgomery County for the first time as a restaurateur: There is a big he-said-she-said story about a grease trap "the size of a Volkswagen" and Blair swears never to open a business in the county again.
