Today in hotel dining, the Capital Hilton has announced that its new restaurant is officially open. The North Gate Grill replaces what was known as Twigs and features "all-American cuisine with a modern flair" from executive chef Daniel Murray. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch at the moment, but expects to serve dinner in the coming weeks with offerings like a short rib mac & cheese and steak frites with parmesan-truffle fries.
