Week in Reviews

the-wine-kitchen-150.jpgTom Sietsema's been spending some time in Frederick and files his First Bite column this week on The Wine Kitchen, the spinoff of a Leesburg restaurant. Accompanying "a wine program that finds room for humor" is a menu that the Washington Post critic seems to enjoy from the lamb shoulder flatbread all the way to the "elegant caramel apple cheesecake and fashionable coconut panna cotta."
