Chef Geoff's Rockville Expansion Is Now Official

The deal has been in the works for some time now, but this morning chef and prolific tweeter Geoff Tracy announces via Twitter that he has signed the lease on a restaurant space out in Rockville for the first Maryland location of his local Chef Geoff's chain. This would be the very same space that housed gastropub Againn Tavern until it shuttered in May after a year in business. Tracy notes that it took seven months to get this deal done, but he hopes to have the Maryland outpost open in May. In a later tweet, he also promises to post some renderings of the space on his website soon.
