José Andrés has signed a deal with Ritz-Carlton to open a restaurant at their upcoming luxury Dorado Beach resort in Puerto Rico. Opening in December of 2012, the restaurant will mix Spanish, American, and Puerto Rican cuisines, will serve breakfast and dinner (no lunch?) and will feature "a lively Rum Bar." This will be the Spanish chef's first restaurant outside the continental US. [Eater National]
