Chris Shott visits Tony & Joe's Seafood Place to see how the restaurant has been recovering since the April flooding of Washington Harbour forced it to temporarily close. Sadly, it doesn't sound good. The seafood restaurant no longer has the facilities to serve much in the way of seafood (they recommend the burger) and there's still no inside seating — particularly bad news when temperatures fall as they did earlier this week.
