Ruth Bourdain, the Beard Award-winning parody Twitter account/mashup of Anthony Bourdain and Ruth Reichl, has kept his/her anonymity locked up tight, but Lee Svitak Dean over at the Star Tribune makes the call that Village Voice critic Robert Sietsema is behind it all.
