It's officially time to start getting excited for the return of the pork-tastic Cochon 555 competition as the dates are now set: 5 pigs, 5 wine makers, and 5 chefs go wild in DC on April 22, 2012. The ten city nose-to-tail event kicks off on January 22 in New York City, with the winner of each city going on to compete for the title of King (or Queen) of Porc at the Grand Cochon at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen on June 17, 2012.
