The Cava empire just keeps on expanding, as the Washington Business Journal reports today that the team behind Cava Mezze has signed a lease for another location of their fast-casual Cava Grill. This one will be opening at Merrifield's Mosaic District next fall, alongside planned projects from Matchbox, Taylor Gourmet and Jeff Black. [WBJ]
