That's right, y'all, the Elisir pre-opening media blitz is officially in full swing. First up, chef and owner Enzo Fargione tells Dining Bisnow that his restaurant will have "the same plastic menus that TGI Fridays has, so you can feel that it is affordable." DCist catches this gem of a quote and is not buying it: "I doubt that, as customers, we are all so dumb that, if we receive a plastic menu, we're psychologically convinced our meal is affordable."
