Food Trucks Go Brick-and-Mortar

sabora-street-150.jpgRecently shuttered food truck Sabor'a Street is officially becoming a brick and mortar spot, according to a tweet from chef Jorge Pimental. When the food truck called it quits in September, the owners said that they would return again soon "either in the truck or through another venture." So this is apparently that new venture. The chef offered no other details so far, but this is just the latest example of a trend that includes Porc Mobile Pedro & Vinny's and Sauca. [Twitter via Food Truck Fiesta]
