An Italian restaurant named Maple is the very next thing en route to the reportedly 'hip strip' otherwise known as 11th Street in Columbia Heights. Prince of Petworth talks to a manager on the scene during construction and finds out that they hope to open in a month or so next door to Columbia Heights Coffee.
