Just when you thought we had moved on from burritos to banh mi, The Washingtonian brings the news that a Boston-based burrito chain is opening up not one but two locations in the DC area. Boloco is planning a June opening in Bethesda and then July for a spot downtown — conveniently close to the magazine's own offices. These particular burritos are "globally inspired" and include things like Korean barbecue and Memphis barbecue. [The Washingtonian]
