GEORGETOWN—Starting tonight, Michel Richard's Citronelle is opening up its lounge to people who would like Citronelle-ish food at non-Citronelle-ish prices. From 5 to 10 p.m. on Monday evenings, the restaurant will be serving a casual lounge menu with things like fried chicken nuggets, rib-eye and classics like penne or grilled chicken.
