Bourdain Hosting Food Fight; Bar Pilar Gets a New Look

CHARITY WIRE—Everyone's favorite shit-stirrer Anthony Bourdain is going to be in town this week to host the DC Central Kitchen's annual fundraiser, the Capital Food Fight. Chefs Todd Gray, Haidar Karoum, Brian McBride and Jeff Black will battle it out on Thursday evening while restaurants like Jaleo, Bourbon Steak, The Source, Westend Bistro and more provide tastings. This all goes down at 6 p.m. at the Ronald Reagan Building and tickets are available online for $200 — remember that it's for a good cause. And José Andrés would want you to do it. [EaterWire]
