A little more than two weeks after a deadly shooting and stabbing incident forced it to close, Heritage India has gotten the all-clear to reopen its doors in Dupont Circle. According to WJLA, the Alcohol Beverage Control Board has decided that the restaurant can reopen on December 21, provided it gives up its entertainment license. That means it will now close every night by midnight. The restaurant must also come up with an "acceptable security plan." [WJLA via DCist]
