The food truck trend just got classed up many, many notches: DC's own celebrity chef José Andrés, king of small plates, will launch his first truck in Miami. Designed by Philippe Starck, the truck will call sbe's superposh new SLS Hotel South Beach home, offering pool and beach club guests an opportunity to slum it if they're not up for a night at the matching Miami outpost of his acclaimed Los Angeles eatery The Bazaar. Now's the time to start begging for him to open a truck here in DC. [-ELA-]
