Well, there is finally something going into the long-vacant Les Halles space on Pennsylvania Avenue: Del Frisco's Grille. A spin-off of a Dallas-based chain, Del Frisco's is the more casual version of the steakhouse, which also has locations in New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Las Vegas and beyond. And, according to the Washington Business Journal, the goal is to open by next summer. [WBJ]
