Celebrity chef Susur Lee comes to town from time to time to check in on his restaurant Zentan and apparently one of those times he met with anonymous Washington Post critic Tom Sietsema? In a Q&A with The Washingtonian, Lee first needs to be reminded who Sietsema and fellow critic Todd Kliman are at all and then he lets slip the following very interesting statement: "Oh, Tom!
