You officially have until New Years Eve to dine at K Street's Lima as you know it. Dining Bisnow reports that the restaurant will transform into an "Asian-influenced Latin American restaurant" named Fujimori. Apparently this is not supposed to be fusion but rather a take on the cuisine that resulted from Asian immigration to Latin America. So there will be a raw bar, a sushi bar and dishes like braised short ribs with a sweet and sour ponzu sauce. It'll open in early February and, meanwhile, the better-known downstairs lounge will remain unchanged. [DBN]
