Next up in The Washingtonian's year-end listicles is one from food and wine editor Ann Limpert, who shares her picks for the top restaurant openings of the year. There aren't a lot of surprises at the top of the list — Fiola, Pearl Dive, Little Serow and Graffiato take the first four spots — but Limpert also praises the likes of the less-hyped Seasonal Pantry, Mala Tang and Fishnet.
