Tomatillo Taqueria Closes; Heritage India Officially Open

THE SHUTTER—The Going Out Gurus had some bad news today, which is that the Tomatillo Taqueria has closed its window at The Big Hunt for good. But the good news is that the taqueria's owner says he's partnering with the team that's opening Tacos Impala on H Street NE. That project should open in April or May. [WaPo]

DUPONT CIRCLE—Last week came the news that Heritage India would be able to reopen this week so long as it gave up its entertainment license. Well, the City Paper checks in today and discovers that the full bar has indeed reopened as of today. [WCP]

DUPONT CIRCLE—Reopening in Dupont Circle under slightly different circumstances is Cosi, which supposedly closed for remodeling earlier this month. Prince of Petworth noticed that it was open again and a commenter did some sleuthing to discover that this particular Cosi had a little trouble with the health department. [PoP]
