There are plenty of challenges that come with running a food truck business — truck breakdowns, cooking in a teeny tiny space on wheels — but apparently there is a bigger threat out there: parking tickets. NBC Washington went on a sting operation to check out food truck owners' claims that they're being targeted by parking enforcement.
