DC chef José Andrés has joined the board of the Foundation for the National Archives for a three year term. While the AP calls naming a restaurateur to the board "unusual," Andrés worked with the Archives to set up the "What's Cooking, Uncle Sam?" exhibit earlier this year. [AP via Eater National]
