Mike Isabella talks to We Love DC today in a wide-ranging interview that covers his career span and Goldilocks approach to settling down in DC. He also talks about his expansion to Georgetown with the forthcoming Mexican small plates restaurant Bandolero, saying that, "It’s something the city doesn’t have. There will be classic dishes but with twists to make them my own." He also defends against the onset of small plates fatigue: "I don’t want to eat a whole dish of just one thing.
