Fans of Rockville's Urban Burger may have noticed late last month that the restaurant has now been folded into its parent Urban Bar-B-Que chain. Owner David Calkins tells Tim Carman that the decision to transform Urban Burger into the fourth Urban Bar-B-Que spot was one of pure economics. The menu is now pretty much the same as Urban Bar-B-Que's other locations, though the Rockville outpost has still got its signature Navy decor. And, apparently, a fifth location is set to open in Ashburn in the new year. [WaPo]
