The debut of Meatballs in Penn Quarter has opened the door to a plethora of stories filled with ball jokes and now one exploring which restaurant has the biggest balls: Meatballs or Carmine's? The folks over at the City Paper grab a scale and compare an order of meatballs from the new Michel Richard concept against those from the New York import.
