Francesco Ricchi's Bethesda restaurant Cesco indicated it would be making a lot of changes when it reopened in the old McCormick and Schmick's space and indeed it has. Bethesda Magazine takes a look around the space — scheduled to soft-open today — and discovers that not only will it be expanding its menu but also will be home to a brand new lounge named Co2.
