Clyde's Responds to ROC Dining Guide

Last week, the Restaurant Opportunities Centers United released a guide ranking restaurants based on things like wages, paid sick leave and opportunities for advancement. Clyde's Restaurant Group did not fare very well in this survey for essentially adhering to the minimum legal requirements when it comes to wages and sick leave, and today corporate operations manager Claude Andersen responds to the charges line-by-line and concluding: "I can see why we wouldn't be one of their gold or silver-prize winners or something like that. But I think that we treat our employees very well." [WCP]
