Tom Sietsema traveled to Baltimore for his First Bite column this week, checking out the brand new Michael Mina restaurant Wit & Wisdom in the Four Seasons there. Though the service is perhaps a little much for the Washington Post critic, he deems the restaurant overall "accessible and elegant." He's particularly fond a roasted peanut soup, a smoky eggplant that "tastes as if the vegetable passed through a campfire on its way to the table" and deconstructed desserts from former Rogue 24 pastry chef Chris Ford.
