Cheesesteaks couldn't come fast enough to H Street NE, but regrettably the wait is going to be a little bit longer. Taylor Charles Steak & Ice, brought to you from the guys behind Taylor Gourmet, has hit some delays and will no longer be opening by the end of this year, as originally estimated back in September. They're looking at a spring opening now and a rep for the restaurant sets some high expectations when hinting at menu developments: "DC has never seen what we are preparing to roll out." [EaterWire]
