Atlas District - Some of H Street's most popular restaurants are teaming up with Deals for Deeds next week to benefit Brainfood, a non-profit that works on youth development issues. Similar to other group-buying sites, Deals for Deeds is offering coupons to these eateries - including Granville Moore's, The Liberty Tree, Star and Shamrock, The Argonaut and the Pug - from which a portion of the proceeds goes to the charity. What the Hill has more details. [EaterWire]

Dupont Circle - The Washingtonian reports that Komi submitted an application to expand its dining room, including the lower level of the building that owner Johnny Monis recently bought. The application also seeks outdoor seating. The local ANC commissioner notes that there will be no exceptions made to the 17th Street liquor-license moratorium. [Washingtonian]

Eastern Market - In other ANC news, Best Bites also has an update on the liquor license tussle in Eastern Market. Looks like neighboring businesses withdrew their protests regarding liquor-license applications from both Nooshi and Moby Dick. The process can now move forward. [Washingtonian]
