Josh Viertel, president of Slow Food USA, argues today in The Atlantic that we can't look to the Obama administration to make real changes in its food policy. Viertel says he was disappointed by POTUS' answer to his Froot Loops question following the State of the Union, but adds that it inspired him, too. Now, he says, it "puts the responsibility back on you and back on me." [The Atlantic]
