Head out to Loudoun County this Friday night for its 23rd annual Chocolates Galore & More, where local restaurateurs compete to create the best desserts and hors d'oeuvres. Sample sweets from Patowmack Farm, Magnolias at the Mill and other Northern Virginia establishments, then enjoy as a panel of judges (including the ubiquitous Mike Isabella) declare winners for presentation and taste.
