The sale of the Toledo Lounge was only finalized on Wednesday, but the City Paper has the scoop on what's in the works for the Adams Morgan dive. Amy Bowman from the Black Squirrel and her former co-owner Tom Knott have teamed up with Scott Auslander of Ventnor Sports Cafe to buy the bar, and it seems they'll be keeping true to its Ohio spirit as they move forward. They plan to expand both the food and beer menus, but maintaining a focus on Ohio beers while mixing in some German and Belgian brews. [WCP]
