Beer Garden Gearing Up To Open On Fourteenth Street?

It's been a year since the first reports of a beer garden coming to the old Garden District space on 14th Street, and today it looks like things are finally happening soon. A Craigslist job posting seeks full- and part-time employees to "help open and run a new mostly outdoor restaurant opening in March at 14th and S Streets, NW." The post also explicitly describes the endeavor a bit redundantly as a "fun beer garden." In November, Prince of Petworth had the details of a burger-and-BBQ joint in this space with the bulk of the seating outside and a few tables inside. They were said to be shooting for a spring opening, so it looks like things are right on track.
