OpenTable Releases A Surprising "Fit For Foodies" List

Apparently, the top foodie restaurant in DC is actually in Falls Church. And the second is shuttered. Hmm. OpenTable has released its latest list of restaurants "Fit for Foodies," pulled together via feedback from more than 702, 500 diners. Though we'll reserve judgment on Virginia's Open Kitchen snagging top billing on the list, Mendocino Grille and Wine Bar's inclusion seems more than a little strange given that it closed a couple weeks ago due to failure to pay sales taxes. To the tune of $80,000.

But anyway, the rest of the list includes the usual suspects, though it's a bit surprising not to see the trendy new Estadio anywhere. If your other favorite restaurants are missing, though, it could be because they don't use the OpenTable system.
