1) Dupont Circle: Rumor has it that Chipotle is bringing an Asian-themed restaurant to Connecticut Avenue sometime this year. A "very good source" tells Prince of Petworth that ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen has signed a lease in the empty spot next to BGR, north of the circle. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

2) North Bethesda: Florida chain Seasons 52 is getting close to opening up its first DC-area location across from White Flint Mall. The restaurant, which is hiring throughout this month, boasts a seasonal menu on which it claims nothing is more than 475 calories. [PLYWOOD]

3) West End: PoP has a look at the Naked Pizza chain's first DC location. Signs are up, but it's not clear when they'll open this pizzeria with pies made of probiotic agave fiber and 10 grains in the crust. Nothing says pizza like probiotic? [PLYWOOD]

4) Fairfax County: The Washington Business Journal reports that Fairfax County has approved site plans for a new Wegmans out near Fort Belvoir. That would make this the grocery store's fourth regional location. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
