Tom Sietsema went all the way to Fairfax City for this week's First Bite review of Curry Mantra, where he found a "welcome reward" for his journey. The critic loved the hand-me-down recipe of goat biryani, the open kitchen, and the bhel puri, but wasn't too crazy about the tandoori wings.
